• 2 lbs chicken thighs or drumsticks
• 2 tbsp Historic Lynchburg Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1½ cups flour
• Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Soak chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or overnight.

  2. Remove chicken and dredge in flour mixed with half the seasoning.

  3. Fry at 350°F until golden and fully cooked.

  4. Toss hot chicken lightly with remaining seasoning while still hot.

  5. Serve immediately on white bread with pickles, if desired.
