Ingredients:
• 2 ribeye steaks
• 1½ tbsp Historic Lynchburg Chop House Seasoning
• 1 tbsp high-heat oil
• 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. Remove steaks from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. Pat dry and season generously on both sides with Chop House Seasoning.

  3. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat until very hot. Add oil.

  4. Sear steaks 3–4 minutes per side until a deep crust forms.

  5. Add butter, baste briefly, then remove steaks from the pan.

  6. Rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
