CaJohns Select Serrano Puree
Pure Pepper Precision. Elevated Heat for the Modern Kitchen.
From America’s finest and most awarded small batch sauce maker, CaJohns proudly introduces CaJohns Select Serrano Puree—a chef-driven ingredient designed to deliver authentic pepper flavor with clarity, balance, and consistency.
Crafted exclusively from ripe red Serrano peppers, this puree highlights a side of Serrano that many never experience. As the pepper matures from green to red, its character transforms—becoming sweeter, fruitier, and more deeply earthy, with a layered complexity that elevates both simple and sophisticated dishes alike. To preserve that natural expression, we blend the peppers with just enough distilled vinegar for stability. Nothing else is added. No salt, no fillers, no distractions—only pure Serrano flavor.
The result is a smooth, vibrant puree that delivers clean heat and remarkable versatility. Use CaJohns Select Serrano Puree anywhere fresh peppers are called for, without the prep, waste, or inconsistency. Stir it into sauce bases, soups, chili, and stews to build depth and gentle warmth. Blend it into mayonnaise, aioli, or dressings for a refined, gourmet sandwich spread or condiment. Its balanced heat and natural sweetness make it an ideal foundation for creative, chef-forward applications.
Designed for professionals and passionate home cooks alike, this puree reflects CaJohns’ unwavering commitment to ingredient integrity and culinary excellence.
