Classic Grilled Ribeye with Steakhouse Crust

Remove a 1–1.5 inch thick ribeye steak from refrigeration 30–45 minutes before cooking to allow it to come to room temperature.

Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels. Lightly coat both sides with oil. Apply Bone Suckin' Steak Seasoning & Rub generously to both sides, pressing gently to adhere.

Preheat grill to high heat (450–500°F). Place steak over direct heat and cook 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting based on thickness.

Once internal temperature reaches 125–130°F, remove from grill and rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Resting allows juices to redistribute and seasoning to settle into the crust.

Serve immediately with roasted potatoes or grilled vegetables.
