ā­ Recipe: No More Mr. Nice Guy Habanero Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1Ā½ cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1ā€“2 teaspoons Alice Cooper No More Mr. Nice Guy Medium Hot Sauce
  • Ā¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions and drain.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Slowly whisk in the milk and continue cooking until slightly thickened.
  5. Reduce the heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until smooth.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon of No More Mr. Nice Guy Hot Sauce and black pepper.
  7. Taste before adding additional sauce.
  8. Fold in the cooked macaroni and serve hot.
